When you open a service job with us and provide your mobile number, we send service messages about your vehicle: job updates (such as when a job is opened or your vehicle is ready for pickup), appointment reminders, and two-way replies from our staff answering your questions. Message frequency varies depending on your job and your conversation with us. Typically a few messages per service visit.
